Some useful points for kids' parties...

Remember to stock up on/recharge batteries (video cameras etc.)

Plan to make necessary space in the refrigerator!

The hardest thing to plan for at any party is the unexpected. Here's what you can do to keep chaos at bay:

Be prepared for meltdowns. While our animators are trained to deal with distraught children, it would help if you plan for an extra adult helper who could take aside the child while the rest of the group continues celebrating.

Stock band-aids, ice and don't forget the tissue.

If parents are dropping off children, be sure you know about any food allergies, relevant medical conditions and where to contact them in case of an emergency.

If you have pets, it's best to keep them separate from the guests. Include them in your family celebration, but be aware that some children are allergic to or afraid of even the most gentle animals. Similarly, many pets are afraid of small children who may not know that it's a bad idea to pull tails or step on paws.

Are you planning to hand out a party bag to each child? Don't go for expensive favors; more often than not kids would prefer having 5 different "cheap" goodies rather than "just one" expensive toy. Should you require, we do offer party bags starting from 2 Euro each, contact us for more information.

It's best whenever possible to ask parents who arrive early to wait until the entertainment is over, as children may get upset leaving before the end of the party.

If the parents are invited with the children it's always better when they have a separate room where to stay. Sometimes adults are much more difficult to control than children, and having them in a different area is a guarantee that the animators will concentrate fully on the kids.

And finally... smile, relax, have fun and let the children enjoy themselves with our activities. After all it's their party!!
